Allergic rhinitis is an uncomfortable disease due to runny nose, stuffy nose, post-nose, and sneezing, and it tends to get worse when pollen flies in spring like these days. In particular, 5 to 6 out of 10 people suffer from rhinitis due to changes in eating habits such as fast food and instant food, and many people have phlegm boiling due to postnasal symptoms of nasal discharge, and the majority of rhinitis patients complain of postnasal symptoms.

As people who suffer from allergic rhinitis know well by taking various drugs, those containing antihistamines only show temporary improvement reactions and recur well. This is an alternative treatment to the extent that allergic rhinitis temporarily subsides the inflammatory area, and the pain of allergic rhinitis is repeated because it is not a treatment that improves the immunity of the fundamental bronchial tubes.
The biggest cause of allergic rhinitis is that the immune system decreases, and antigen (a substance that causes allergies) and IgE (immunoglobulin E) react, resulting in allergic rhinitis. Immunity refers to the formation of antibodies against antigens, which are pathogens that enter the body, so that they do not develop again even if the same antigen invades next, and the action or condition of the body's immune system killing or disabling pathogens against infection or disease.
Immunity consists of innate immunity and acquired immunity, and health refers to the state in which two components protect themselves in the body and remove substances separated by foreign substances by inflammation and immune response.
Then, what should I do to make this blocked acquired immunity healthy?
Vitamin D plays a role in reducing allergic symptoms by suppressing immune responses caused by substances that cause allergies in the immune system, and when checking actual allergic rhinitis patients, the lower the vitamin D level, the more rhinitis symptoms occur. Getting more than 30 minutes of sunlight a day is healthier than vitamin D or injections you take.
The ingredient that improves the texture of noodles or bread is a protein called "gluten" in flour. Foods containing gluten in flour can cause digestive disease, autoimmune disease, asthma, rhinitis, headache, skin rash, and metabolic syndrome. Therefore, eating a lot of gluten-containing foods does not completely decompose and absorb in the stomach or intestines, but remains in the small intestine, stimulating the immune system of the intestinal mucosa and making allergic rhinitis worse.
Frequent consumption of processed meat such as ham and sausages also promotes intestinal inflammation. In particular, if you eat a lot of animal fat, your body secretes bile acid to digest animal fat, which stimulates the mucous membrane of the large intestine and causes inflammation of the body such as rhinitis.
There are countless microorganisms in our bodies. In a healthy state, these microorganisms live with us, the host, while maintaining a certain balance. When this balance is maintained, it is called a normal bacterial gun, which plays a role in protecting our body. However, since antibiotics are used for treatment purposes to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms, excessive use of antibiotics can break the balance of normal bacteria guns, and therefore, immunity may decrease, resulting in allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis. Some studies show that the group that was prescribed antibiotics for 30 to 60 days had a 7.4 times higher risk of developing allergic rhinitis than the group that was not prescribed antibiotics. As such, antibiotics are being overused in Korea.
