After the COVID-19 vaccine became accessible to the public, governments in some countries are currently trying to implement a vaccine law, which requires vaccinations for citizens to go to public places. However, there is a controversial debate going on about this topic. According to CNN news, some people think the vaccine is still dangerous since it was comparatively approved in such a short amount of examination time. They also state that the side effects are much more fatal compared to the virus. Moreover, they claim that making vaccines mandatory for everyone is going against the peopleโs right to have the decision over their own bodies. However, some people believe that vaccine law is necessary to end the pandemic faster. They say that more than 70% of the population has to possess immunity in order to create herd immunity. Therefore, they support the vaccine law for both the individual and the community.
