The weather is getting cold, and we can already see that the winter has come Until the next spring comes, our body needs physical strength to warm ourselves up. Therefore, exercising is crucial. Exercise has been beneficial by stimulating physical activity. In addition to just maintaining vibrant life, exercise is crucial for people to have healing power against diseases that proliferates during the cold winter. Recently, as the opportunity for physical activity has decreased, various diseases related to lack of exercise have expanded as a result of counter-evidence. The causal relationship between exercise and longevity is not clear, but it is clear that exercise is the driving force that can move us healthily and energetically. Special attention is needed for winter exercise. Exercise without preparation is rather harmful to health. Therefore, a thorough warm-up is necessary for exercise in winter.
Warm-up exercise is an essential factor in preventing injury and improving the ability to perform the exercise. It helps prevent injuries by increasing body temperature and muscle temperature. In particular, it not only facilitates the blood supply to the heart, but also improves exercise ability by increasing tension in such muscles and ligaments. Psychological well-being is probably a bonus. Warm-up exercises before exercising are essential to creating the best exercise effect. Above all, it has a great preventive effect of enjoying exercise without injury. On the other hand, a lack of warm-up can face great risks. It includes cramps in the hands and feet, strains on the heart, and injuries to muscles and joints. It is common to see people injured by exercise.
Some of the warm-up exercises include fast-paced walking, walking up and down stairs, fast-paced side-stepping, jogging on the spot, arm swings, lunges, and squats.
